Is Keeling out of his mind? I thinkhe should be drug tested at the very minimum for making a comment like that. Holy Cow! He kisses the Chief and the Mayor's butts and doesn't stand up for the Officers and thinks he will get re-elected? MY GOD! I wish that he would stand up for Officers instead of kissing A$$!

I know that he allowed all of our equipment allowance checks to be taxed as a bonus and stood by and let it happen.
