WTF???? The only 16 year old that was shot had a gun and fired at the officer first you moron. I guess in your eyes if a person is a juvenile he gets special treatment. The last person to murder a Louisville Officer was a juvenile.

What you seem to be saying is that anyone with a special need should get special treatment and not have to suffer the consequences of their actions. Well bucko life isn't fair so get used to it. I am going home at night whether you like it or not. If somebody is holding something in their hands that looks like a gun, they are bought and paid for. If someone is using said item is coming towards me then I won't wait for him to shoot me first. That is my right. That is my family's right. That is the community's right. They don't expect me to get killed for some nutbag.

If a 16 year comes at you with a gun what would you do? If a mentally ill person comes at you with a gun what would you do? How do you know a person is mentally ill in the first place?
