What did Ray do for us? I know what he did to us. Were you there when Ray stood up behind the podium, pounding on it, and swore up and down that the negotiating committee would not stop until we got parity with the county? I was. I was also there when he stood at the same podium shortly after and told us "We're done, take this contract or leave it, but either way, we're done negotiating" -and when everyone was upset, and asked about when he said that he would only stop when we got parity, he got mad and walked out. Then very soon after, he retires and get a high paying state job, and we were left with a worthless 4 year contract.

Oh, and David James? He let the old city guys go for 6 months in the contract as 'Metro' officers getting $5 less per court pay than the county guys, and refused to even ask for getting the difference paid to us. Gee....great looking out for us there, huh?
