My question is why was he chased you already had his friend in custody and new who you were looking for...did he have to be chased, and why were there officers up in the field for two days afterwards digging for information...shouldn't that officer have known if he was shot at and he needed to open his fire...couldn't that have been a question answered that day...Evan lost his life at 16 years old, and i think it is very cold hearted for people who are parents or anyone of that matter to get on
