Chief apologizes for officers actions at skating rink

Sure it could have happened in the South End, it happened at Champ's after all. But why in heaven's name would you want to put your kids into a situation that if something happened - they would get trampled. There are too many kids and too little supervision, and way too much mixing of ages. Why would you have 8 -10 years olds there with 17-19 year olds in the first place? How would anyone think this is a good idea?

the only thing I have a problem with (in your post) is thinking the prior one is from an Officer. Remember, this is a public site and not all the postings are from sworn officers.
