Officer charged with filing false report resigns

Trust me the fact that that guy is not a cop anymore is a good thing, no matter how you look at it. I am just glad that he is not working on the streets anymore, because he was a ghost car when he worked. And someone was going to get hurt, because of his lazy attitude and work ethic.
