......the Robbery detective, Arnold, thought enough of the patrol guys to send out his appreciation for making his job easier. It's strange that anyone would have a problem with somebody actually coming out and saying 'good job.' It's not like the guys mentioned in the post can do anything other than their job in return for Bryan's email. That kind of puts the damper on an ulterior motive for you conspiracy guys out there.

Guys did a good job. The detective in charge of the case wanted to let people know. What in the hell could possibly be wrong with that? Would you rather it be the same old detective promoting himself for an average job that he probably didn't do or this?
