4th Division Officer Shoots Burglary Suspect During Arrest

Its a shame it wasn't higher up and center mass. Aparently this thug comes from ca clan of thugs that have terrorized that area for years. I understand there have been over 100 burglaries in this neighborhood and it all comes back to him and a couple of others.

I am glad the Police responded so quickly and were there to end his crime spree. Now if the court system will do more than keep him for 3 years then turn him loose on society again like the rest of his family , then justice will be served.

I pray for our officers that go out and rish their lives and end up haveing to battle the same criminals over and over because of a lax "let's make a deal" system.

!0 years should mena 10 years not out in 4 with a probation on the promise you'll be good. If the DOB was going to be good he wouldn't be inprosion in the first place.

Is this the way yoo raised your child? Did you tell your child that he was being put in the time out corner for 15 minutes and then after 5 minutes you let him out? No, you made him serve his 15 minutes because you knew that if you relented then he would just think that "Mom, doesn't really mean what she says." The criminals are no different. They know that the judicial system will relent.

We need to lobby our state representetives for harsher sentencing guidlines and mandatory minimum sentencing.

It's about time to get these low lifes off the street. We all work hard for our money and the things that we buy just to have a piece of #$&% take it. There are some officers that will sugar coat these thugs by singing rap songs to them. So I am glad he faced an officer that has balls.

Secondly, I love the liberal jouranls comments, "Both the officer and the suspect are white. Look at all the serious arrest that have been on the news lately and everyone HAS HAS A SERIOUS RECORD WITH PAGES AND PAGES OF ARREST! Granted, some have paid their debt, many many are just getting slaps on the wrist with CD time. THE COURTS ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!

I would pay more tax money if they would tell me they would put 100% of a 2% tax hike in building an additional 2000 bed jail and keep the current 1800 bed jail running and hire Correctional officers to fill it! DAMN LIBERALS ARE KILLING THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Command Staff has decades of experience on the police department, and none of them have ever fired their weapon at a suspect. A good Officer always knows their limitations.

From a citizen standpoint I can tell you that another scumbag in county jail with THREE holes will be just as popular as the first guy. Its not hard to figure out that this young lad is white trash, and it is very unfortunate but this excuse for a person has reproduced and has a child.It is also unfortunate that we will probably be supporting this child till 18 yrs of age and then in a penal institution after that because he has such a strong dirtbag dad as a role model.
