We should've charged him for releasing James Taylor's NCIC criminal history to the media. Five years in the federal pen and the C-J would still rout anybody who spoke ill of him.

I still don't know why it is taking so damn long to move into the federal reserve building, do they even have the plans for that building as yet?

Jerry wasn't really dispatching, so I guess he didn't violate the law. It doesn't say you can't be on the police freqs, just that you can't dispatch for law enforcement without the certification. My question is what gives him the right to drive a car with blue lights.

We should have plenty of 911 money, we've been paying the surcharge for what - 15 years or longer? Who oversees that money?
