And ahh.........., there lies the LOOP HOLE! Someone has changed the spot you once had, absolutely obliderated it. Considering the way the "dummy" has changed the Dept., it's a wonder anyone (vets) have something to return to. But I am pleased that the returning officers ARE being treated well..........................................k5
