At least it IS being done.....finally. Break the rules go to jail. Now if they would just keep them in to begin with when we lock them up. They're found guilty and the background check shows a history of repeating this behavior-put them in for the maxiumum amount of time and make them SERVE. Will they commit crime again...sure, but it will give us longer break and we can concentrate on the next offender.

Very true. The courts should have been doing this for years instead of "Let's make a deal" Here is a novel idea, if you break the law you will go to jail. Maybe the thought of actually serving time would keep some people from commiting crimes.

It started with the juvenile system. They got slapped on the wrists and that gave them the idea that it is no big deal if you get caught. It is about time that someone is finally doing something to put criminals where they belong. The Police lock them up and the courts let them out time and time again.
