I agree. We need to be on the same sheet of music. Unfortunately it wasn't made the top priority of the new Metro Government. Then they kept saying it will be here soon. I guess new parks and a stadium is more important.

We fire dispatchers would be more than happy to negotiate away our 24/48 shifts. Maybe free insurance would be a place to start and then we'll talk.
