We have a mayor for life that is a panzy. We have a so called chief that follows every word from said panzy.
Good God, we need to get him out of office with the next election.
Anyway, when you take those things in consideration, how can anyone expect to be able to do thier job properly. I suppose if it was LMPD invovled instead of KSP, ole panzy would want to know why the woman wasn't coaxed out of her car with cookies and milk.
