McKenzie Mattingly Reaches Settlement Agreement With City

First off let me say I know alot off offficers, Maj Harper, Sgt Gray, Amon, Briggs, foster, Pugh, Goins. But my problem with LMPD is that they believe they are never wrong in their actions. Please tell me when a suspect has their back to you and you shoot them and they pose no threat to you, and you dont know that they are armed, that you have the right to shoot them. I thank the good cops we have here, but your are human Mattingly is a fucking murder who is a socialpath. Some officer think because they wear a badge they deserve respect, to get respect you have to give it. I have never been arrested I deserve the same respect. If you have to pin a badge on to feel like a man, find another job because like Mattingly you a insecure punk wearing a badge.
