4 LMPD Officers Indicted

Let's get someone close to retirement, or past retirement and get them started on the investigation! I'm sure there are plenty of folks who would LOVE to do that......

Job security? Thats a copout. I'm just a patrol officer but if I knew for fact or had evidence of these so called corruption theories, I would bring them out or investigate them myself. These folks in PIU have all got good paying rank or a lot of time already on the department. If there was something to be brought to light then they need check into it.

Prosecutors and Police Chiefs all work at the pleasure of a politician. If you think they'll ever let a corruption case against the Mayor ever see the light of day, you're just kidding yourself. People with much less power and influence than the Mayor have gotten far worse charges dropped or ignored.
