How about we talk about this after the vacancies are filled. Obviously you have bought into another Jerryism of not filling positions. Richmond runs 4-5 classes per year. Let's say we get 5 in each class. that is only 25 per year at best. We need to train about 100 mor peopple to get us up to strength. Our academy is 27 weeks.
