Fixing LMPD's Radio Blues

The bad thing about the temporary solution of moving everyone into 768 Barrett Ave is that if the government doesn't do anything with a grant they have for communications before August, they lose that money and possibly more monies in the future. So basically they are rushing a project that should have been rushed inthe first place trying to save their butt. All along not fixing the problem because you still won't be able to talk to each other but the disgruntled dispatchers will be able to.
