Can't say that I disagree with you, friend. Not donating any more of your time is fine when it benefits the department, but when it benefits the officers themselves, officers are going to have to get involved outside work. Getting involved off duty will show the public you are serious about your cause, and will keep you out of trouble internally. My department had the same problems...everybody wants to complain but they look to somebody else to make the changes. My advice...get united, and BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE!!!!!
