No Confidence Survey Results Released

As a former County Officer I'll reply. I don't see much of a difference. Bill Carcara was in the job just for himself and what it could bring him. He along with his command staff ran the department into the ground and stayed until the last day then jumped off the ship, just as rats tend to do. Even his flagship program "Chief for a Day" that he tried to use to gain employment with the private sector failed. Remember " I'm in Demand". I believe "I'm in Demand" is appropriate as he is now employed as a CADDY. Actually I have more respect for White because he came in not knowing anything about JCPD and was brought into shake things up. Whether you like White or not you have to admit he is shaking things up.

The problem isn't with the merger, it's how it has been handled. You are also in a bubble if you think that former LPD Officers are the only ones who voted for the merger. If your that unhappy with the demise of JCPD the Courier Journal has a big help wanted section every Sunday.
