if you would put your racism to the side you would understand how the courts work. How is it that the system is bad if you dont get the results that you want but if you are in court and are found not guilty it works fine. Look at the facts of the case and not just the color. I also find it absurd that you would think that the "two black people" on the jury were intimidated. Why couldn't they be educated people who made a correct verdict. Just because it doesnt agree with what you wanted.

The bottom line is if Newby didnt sell drugs and try to kill a police officer he would still be here to be a burden to the rest of the community.
