Have a council person saying wants to spend money on relocating victims or witnesses to a shooting. WTH????? An A plus dumb azz idea. Ya think bad guys don't drive a car. Waste of money. Bigger picture is watch how our idiot council and mayor blow 433 million dollars in BS. It needs to be fully accounted for as we know it will get blown and no doubt Tina of money given out to friends.
