Bates=Coward, Chavous=Cowarx, Judah=Cowars, Parks=coward, Humphrey=Coward, Gregory=Coward, Mckinley=Coward, and so are the rest of the command staff. Cowards for not being leaders at all only protecting their own assets and positions at the expense of the rest of the depart. They are even bigger cowards for not stepping up or standing up to the weak, feckless, no balls and cowardly mayor. No spines and literally complicit in standing by and watching this city devolve into a shiz hole. Allowing downtown and the people who work or live their live in fear and be hunted. They all should be fired. Don't give the them what do we do. There has to be better and more courageous leadership on this departmemt. Oh, before it is mentioned the entire metro council has taken the cake on being COWARDS. Not one dam member has stepped up to be a leader period.
