Is The "Second Wave" Another Coronavirus Hoax?

Just a week or so ago the mainstream media and thousands representing the "medical community" told us we must throw out the "stay-at-home" orders and go to the streets to protest the death of George Floyd at the hands of the police. The Covid-19 virus will not bother people who are protesting this injustice, they said. The virus only attacks people leaving their homes to protest the stay-at-home orders.

Now, after thousands of businesses -- many of them black-owned -- have been reduced to rubble and innocent people in the inner cities no longer have anywhere to shop for the basic necessities of life, the mainstream media has backed off of its non-stop coverage of the protests. Suddenly last week they all simultaneously embraced a new fear story to terrify the masses: a "second wave" of coronavirus was among us. It was targeting those states that dared to "open up" their economies and begin a return to relatively normal lives.

Texas, Florida, and California were singled out to scare the rest of the country into thinking that if you dare leave your homes you will catch coronavirus and die. There was a "spike" in coronavirus "cases" they claimed. Funny, just a month or so ago they were demanding that we massively increase testing, which would produce just that "spike" in coronavirus cases they are now using to scare authorities into reinstating the incredibly destructive stay-at-home orders.

The same people who were demanding more testing are now screaming that we must shut the economy down again because these tests -- which are notoriously unreliable -- are showing more coronavirus cases. This is a disease that 99.9 percent of the people who are infected with survive! But 40 million people out of work and the thousands of lives that will end due to the shutdown are never mentioned.

There is something else going on here and it is in no way related to public health.

The Atlanta Police Department released a statement after Champion's comments, calling claims that officers were walking off the job "inaccurate." "The department is experiencing a higher than usual number of call outs with the incoming shift," the police explained. "We have enough resources to maintain operations & remain able to respond to incidents." But Atlanta police scanner traffic conflicted with the statement. "We are not answering 911 calls right now due to personnel issues," a police dispatcher said Wednesday.

Just after 11 p.m. the mobile protesters returned to Jefferson Square Park. As the crowd filled the intersection and park, reports of fireworks and explosions began coming in to MetroSafe. There were also reports of glass breaking at Metro Hall and gunshots. LMPD released video showing a man throw a firework or explosive at Metro Hall and the Hall of Justice. Police say officers gave several orders to disperse. At 2:45 a.m., officers on the scene near Jefferson Square say bottles were thrown at them. As a result of that, officers moved in again and cleared the park. 56 arrests were made total.

(WAVE) - Twenty people were arrested following what police called "reckless behavior of protestors, aggressive maneuvers toward police and failing to disperse once ordered," on Tuesday night. A caravan that included approximately 200 vehicles began at Waterfront Park, according to Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman Lamont Washington. Officers intervened after unsafe behavior, aggressive driving, driving on sidewalks and unlawful traffic maneuvers were observed. Police said they witnessed, "extremely dangerous behavior - including riding down the freeway at high rates of speed with people on top of vehicles."

Washington said police diverted the caravan in different directions and officers were met with aggressive behavior. During diversion efforts, a vehicle in the caravan hit a LMPD Traffic Unit at Shelbyville Road and Blankenbaker Parkway, Washington said.

A group of protesters who were at Jefferson Square Park were joined by caravan members. Washington said protesters threw bottles and other objects at officers who were monitoring the park, overturned trashcans and other antagonistic behaviors so police disbanded the group and several arrests were made for unlawful assembly. Police said a returning caravan vehicle, with a driver and four passengers inside, rammed an armored SWAT vehicle. All the people in the vehicle were taken into custody. Washington said no officers were injured in the crash. The downtown area was secured around 12:30 a.m. and officers remained in the area, according to LMPD.

I heard tarc brought several buses to 6 and Jefferson so the police could cool off and relax a little bit . one of the chiefs civilian advisors asked the police if some of the protesters could get on the bus to cool off.

Interesting the LTC that received a city settlement commanded the 138th FA HHB Soldiers that were involved in the shooting.

The LTC was profiled as a homeless man at Mid City Mall a few years back a nd was arrested but was then "unarrested" upon validating his story. Officers never filed a report, and all was captured on mall security cameras.

This was the first big issue Conrad had to deal with.

The LTC did not blame the officers involved but went after the Command and Staff for ignoring the issues and for taking 8 months for the investigation.

He said that Conrad would not last because he was a politician and used his department to protect himself.

"A Newnan, GA. police officer is asking for reconsideration after he was fired for alleged use of force violations while making an arrest.

The police report indicates Officer James Robson arrested Newnan resident Sherman Daniel on June 14, 2020, charging him with fleeing from police, driving with a suspended license and interfering with police when they attempted to stop him for having a brake light out at Martin Luther King Drive and Dodson Street.

According to the report, Daniel did not stop after Robson signaled for him to do so by activating his blue lights and siren. It indicates Robson continued driving for more than a half mile until he pulled into a parking spot at the back of the Eastgate Apartments.

Body cam footage from the Newnan Police Department shows an angry crowd shouting at the two officers at the scene. It also shows an officer directing a young girl out and away from the car. The officer then commands Daniel to step out of the vehicle and to put his hands in the air. The video then shows Robson as he approaches and handcuffs Daniel, then Daniel asking him why he was handling him so roughly, following Robson saying it was because he didn't stop.

You can also hear Daniel explaining he didn't stop because his daughter was in the car and he was trying to get her inside. He also indicated he knew he would be arrested because he didn't have a license.

At the patrol vehicle, Robson yells for Daniel to get it, before Daniel accuses the officer of pushing him and being rough once again.

The police report indicates Robson said he drew his gun because he didn't know why Daniel failed to stop.

An Employee Disciplinary Report indicates Officer James Robson was terminated on June 18, 2020 for violating several department policies, which include:

Use of Force: Handling Daniels after he was handcuffed in a manner that goes beyond what was necessary, reasonable or needed

Not properly securing Daniels in a safety restraining device in the patrol vehicle

Insubordination

In his grievance letter, Robson disputed the violations, saying he used reasonable force, citing laws he said supported his rebuttals under the alleged circumstances and indicating he considered the termination as extreme.

Robson also implied his termination could be related to the Black Lives Matter movement and recent protests drawing attention to police brutality against Black people, but he denies any excessive force was used during Daniel's arrest.

Newnan police have not yet confirmed whether they are considering Robson's appeal."

Community advocates concerned as Louisville sees increase in gun violence

Violence is on the rise in Louisville, as LMPD is seeing more shootings compared to years past. Community activist Christopher 2X said there have been 62 homicides in Louisville throughout the first half of the year, and the first few days of July. During the first six months of 2019, there were 43."

"If you look at it and average it out it's almost ten homicides a month which is unheard of," said Christopher 2X, the Executive Director of Christopher 2X Game Changers. "It's just been plowing through and the velocity of it is just surprising at best."

He, along with other community advocates, thought the COVID-19 pandemic and recent social justice efforts would slow down violence in the city. "We thought that there would be a pause button and a tick down on shootings because of COVID. Farthest from the truth," 2X said. According to LMPD data, non-fatal shootings are up 100% compared to 2019. That's 246 non-fatal shootings in 2020 versus 117 non-fatal shootings by this time in 2019.

"One thing is crystal clear to me. We had a lot of vendettas before the COVID shutdown even occurred, before the unrest occurred and I believe that it's just transitioned right along and chugged along the whole time unchecked," 2X said. While the answer is far from simple on how to see a decrease in these numbers, the Game Changers are trying to help.

"We at Game Changers believe nobody should feel ashamed, or feel afraid to seek out help," 2X said. 2x said paying attention to the ages is the first step. "No one has to look at middle school and high school anymore to see the symptoms and some might not really want to relate to the reality, but we're seeing it as early as preschool," 2X said. "I'm asking everyone to start focusing on how young these behavioral patterns are starting to formulate." Despite many shooters and victims falling between the ages of 18 to 24, 2X said the signs can be spotted much younger.

A Louisville Metro Corrections officer has been suspended without pay for "completely unacceptable" social media posts about her support for the confederate flag and criticizing George Floyd, a Black man killed by police. A post about Floyd shared by Officer Jenna Showalter on her personal Facebook page said "well look what I found about George Floyd" and listed his alleged criminal record while adding, "he was such a saint alright."

Watch how Fischer blames everything on racism, instead of holding his voters accountable for destroying much of this city. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Gray News/WAVE) - WAVE 3 News Troubleshooters obtained new video that shows the moments after the Breonna Taylor shooting.

The cellphone videos pick up a short time after Taylor was killed and LMPD Officer Jon Mattingly was shot in the leg by her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker. The March 13 incident was one of several deadly confrontations with police around the country that have sparked protests and riots nationwide. One video includes the moment when an officer, walking Walker out of Taylor's apartment, asked him why he shot. "What is it about?" the officer asked. "You guys fired shots, you know this." "We were just in the bed," Walker responded. "We were scared. We didn't know who it was."

Taylor died at the end of her hallway after being shot five times by officers returning fire. In a recorded interview played by the Commonwealth Attorney's Office, Walker said he and Taylor got up and got dressed after hearing the knocking at their door. Walker also said in that recorded interview that while he did hear knocking, he did not hear officers identify themselves. That is something officers have disputed, claiming they repeatedly announced themselves before ramming through the door.

The first video also showed Mattingly, who was shot by Walker, being taken away from the scene. An officer was heard asking, "Is anybody else out there hit?"

There was also some commotion as officers were seen placing a tourniquet on Mattingly's leg to avoid him from bleeding out. "It's OK; just put some pressure on it," an officer said. The next videos showed officers asking Walker to come out of the apartment. Officers could be heard telling him to come out with his hands up, a command with which he complied. He was then seen walking backward toward them until they reached him and placed him in handcuffs.

The videos also showed a number of officers arriving at the scene from different units that normally wear body cameras. None of those videos has been publicly released by LMPD. Taylor's attorneys filed subpoenas for any body camera video, but they have not received any. Attorney Sam Aguiar said his office is working with the city on a timeline for when those videos would be released to his office.

Everyone be sure to vote against the JCPS tax increase. The teachers have screwed this state by getting incompetent morons elected in Louisville and Frankfort.

Why is JCPS asking for a massive tax increase? Many of their graduates become criminals or far left wing socialists lacking basic skills needed to flip a burger. Not even the rich kids can keep a job so they turn to full time activism during their 12 years of college for that useless Bachelor of Woke Progressive Studies degree. Taylor's attorneys are correct. PIU should not be investigating suspects who shoot officers. That should have been given to LMPD homicide as it used to be. 1 or 2 Sergeants in a unit micro-managed by command, few of whom ever worked a homicide in their careers before PIU, shouldn't be doing both cases.

One more reason to let SWAT handle all forced entries. SWAT should always have medics available at a scene like that one, unless they've ruined SWAT in recent years.

The other reason is that if that guy had been a PTSD ex-infantry soldier or marine with a rifle, and unhappy enough about his girlfriend being killed, most of the officers on that warrant service could have been massacred before backup arrived. A petty dope case isn't worth the risk they took on from the get-go. Fire all the COs that touched this case and let them sue to get their jobs back.
