The shooting took place Thursday just after noon in the area of Colonial Oaks Court.

They can disclosure GJ info to police. In in the US Attorney Manual posted online. In fact they're encouraged to do so with approval of the court. Telling PD's to simply "f--k off, we're the feds" has long been recognized as creating animosity and helping criminals go free when they should be investigated by police.
