The shooting took place Thursday just after noon in the area of Colonial Oaks Court.

It's not only LMPD. Look around Metro government. Some of them would rather feed their children to hyenas than lift a finger. Plenty of career ladder climbers only around to play the political game who lost interest in doing their actual jobs many years ago, just like command.
