The shooting took place Thursday just after noon in the area of Colonial Oaks Court.

We'll never actually know if that's true or false, since nobody's done a real criminal investigation for potential state crimes. The half-@ss defense investigation the Mayor's attorney did without the benefit of most of the suspects don't count.

Explain why the Mayor and Hesen said under oath that he wasn't briefed about the Explorers before the news broke, but everyone else seems to believe he was briefed.

Flaherty and his minion Gelhaussen are involved by knowing alot and covering up alot of things over the years, especially this mess. If MG has nothing to hide or tell why won't he talk to investigators?
