The shooting took place Thursday just after noon in the area of Colonial Oaks Court.

Districts used to put potential recruits names on a board so officers could blackball those they didn't like. Command would strike people off a list because they got a bad reference over some petty personal grievance.

Sexual assault? COME ON IN. This all shows how people rising to the top are often morally bankrupt.
