Conrad and White's main job is to keep the Mayor insulated. You only need to read about their depositions saying Conrad never directly spoke with Fischer about pedophiles abusing children while on duty and in uniform. In any other city, a Mayor telling people NOT to inform him of things like that would be called irresponsible and negligent. In a city this liberal, it's a plausible excuse, so Fischer doesn't even want to know about what's happening from the Chief.

It's hard to fathom that the deputy mayor wasn't and isn't telling Fischer everything she knows. If anyone's lying about the Explorer mess, it's her, and if it's her then it's Fischer too. Unfortunately, none of the investigators are looking at that, because the fix is in. They're lucky the FBI here is still run by Obama people.
