This happens all the time. Teenage gang members and wanna-be affiliates go around in packs to public areas they know they'll run into defenseless people. Typically public transportation routes, shopping areas, parks. One of them is the one who posts what they do on Snapchat or Instagram. The others do the beating. They almost always target whites they think aren't packing, like younger kids, women, and older people. They target whites because they're angry at them and see them as vulnerable targets at the same time. They've been fed a steady diet of "race card" hatred by politicians, activists, and often times their family and friends.

That's not even the worst part of the story. They've also been told, shown and taught by example that living lives of crime is socially acceptable. It not hard to predict how many of them will end up one day. LMPD will always be there to fill out the paperwork when they're found in a park or someone's trunk.
