It's a good thing those 2 officers were not injured or killed by this defendant, who was put on pre-trial diversion in 2016 for wanton endangerment 2nd degree and criminal mischief 1st degree by Commonwealth Attorney Tom Wine. He should have been in prison through 2021, where he could not have tried to murder these officers. Nearly all of Kentucky's cop-killers should have been sitting in prison and were let off by weak prosecutors and weak judges. The justice system of Louisville is a total farce.
