I read articles quoting all these new Majors copycatting Conrad's 21st Century bulls--t and it makes me want to puke. None of them deserve to be Majors and wouldn't have even been Lt's if it weren't just a memorization test.

All the cities adopting the 21st Century Surrendermonkey Hug-a-thug tactics have seen their murders soar.

It's basic fact that when law enforcement retreats from high crime areas infested with career criminals, it emboldens them. They'll do whatever you let them get away with. They're always looking for weakness. They do it 24/7 in jails and prisons and it sticks with them on the streets. If they think they can succeed, they will out on their demented fantasies, murderous rage or ambitious greed to commit violence.

You don't rehabilitate violent career criminal trash. You put it in a cell or you put it in a grave if they prefer to go that route. The Obama Administration, courts and weak police chiefs in this country have blood on their hands from all the additional crime victims that were only victimized because of the permissive environment they've created for crime.
