The unhappy people are leaving thanks to being demoralized, leaving behind the complacent people and those desperately needing a paycheck. LPD and JCPD never had that problem. They should never have never merged the county and the city and put all the eggs in 1 basket. I hate to think what this city will look like in the future. The pattern of murders going further south on the map give a hint.
