Louisville Police Adopt Seattle Safe Harbor Initiative For LGBTQ Protection

The city can never spend too much money on street cred for ex-gang members and community cops in low-riders. This will save Louisville from the dozens of street gangs, 2 mexican cartels and other freelance killah's just looking for a sympathetic ear. They do need a few more people in dark suits for the Chief's next press conference.
