LMPD announces major changes within department

To me it sounds like

1) you didn't do well on the interview

2) you are one of the idiots who NEVER hit a lick

3) they saw you're not so great police experience and didn't want you up there.

Speeding tickets don't get grand jury dates so you wouldn't know what it's like to sit through several weeks of trial. All while keeping the same case load. Until you walk in the shoes of a homicide detective shut your mouth. You're probably the same officer who at inservice and talks about that one DUI trial they crushed.

Also those same detectives who studied for the promotions did it while having homicide trials, working homicides, overdoses, suicides, and training 8 new shooting detectives. And they still smoked the exam and got promoted over you. Sounds like crappy supervision huh? To me it sounds like the best place to call home on this department. In homicide, supervisors develop detectives and encourage them to move on to bigger and better things. You wouldn't understand because you've never been part of that team but we all do. That's why there's been so many who took the test and got promoted. Haters will always hate. BOOM!!!!!!!
