LMPD officers will now begin patrolling in pairs

All those stereotypes quit being relevant years ago, but the "blackness police" will still cite those who dare to speak proper english, hang atound whites, vote Republican, support law enforcement, fail to complain about white people at the right moments or send their kids to private school. There are bigots of all colors.
