Police chief to shake up patrol officers' shifts

Is it fair to say that nobody wants to be at work and that's the reason for all the juggling and debating of the schedule? Everyone is trying to reinvent the wheel with the end objective of "I know I gotta work but how can I spend as less time at work as possible."

We didn't have these problems until the Gen Xer's were old enough to enter the workforce.

These people (16-24 years old) were taught in college that everything should be protested and changed because the world is all wrong.

One 24 hour shift and one 16 hour shift per week. If you're counting that gives you five off days compared to two work days.
