I've seen the extended, unedited version of this footage and shortly after the INS buses were unloaded, a bus full of veterans arrived and were told that they had to wait for thier medical care. It would be at least 6 months before a doctor could get to them and they would be seen as soon as Bradley Manning's estrogen therapy was completed.
