If the police had their choice no other City projects would ever be funded. Until a Utopia police department is financed, no money should go anywhere else. It's a wrong concept but very fascinating that there are people who truly believe in this. It is wrong to fix a gaping pothole when you have an officer carrying an outdated flashlight.
