It's sad there even is "recruiting"...I knew I wanted to be a police officer since I was a little kid. I stayed away from drugs, built a resume by joining the Army. Then graduating from college, worked with underprivileged youths, maintained physical fitness. I never talked to a recruiter about the job. I put an application, jumped through the hoops and got hired. I can't believe we have recruiters to begin with.
