The part I like best is "McLaughlin, a former prosecutor herself, was fired by the Jefferson Commonwealth's Attorney's Office in 2004 after grabbing a juror and berating her as to why the jury had found a defendant not guilty in a rape case."

Now Fleck can run for judge.

I have had many cases with Bob. His behavior seems unusual. He has been a great DUI prosecutor. Not excusing him but something is not right.

Bob Fleck is (was) one of the best prosecutors we've had. Why can't all the prosecutors who consistently lay down on our cases lose their job? All the loser ones who offer up silly pleas and dismissals on good cases...... Fleck stands up for what's right and what is in society's and the taxpayer's best interest and loses his job.... Ridiculous.
