Good Bye and good luck to the officers in Little Rock. You are getting somone who has no problem making sure those who challenge his authority pay for it. He is not a leader as much as someone who has deceived his way thru the system. Those of us who remember him from the old street crimes unit remember how he operated and violated rights of citizens. That was how it was done back then but he seems to have forgotten he has skeletons in his closet. He knows who I am and how little respect I have for him as I have paid for my challenging his thoughts on command and how to do things. I respect the rank but have no respect for the person.

You all are jealous of the officer and leader he is. The folks of Little Rock deserve a leader like him
