Mayor writes letter to citizens addressing downtown safety

The problem offices are the ones elected county-wide like the Mayor, Judges, County Attorney and Commonwealth Attorney. They are the weakest link because Democrats always win the county wide elections. Louisville is not going to save itself as long as they're in charge.
