David James can't serve as Metro Council member and UofL police officer, County Attorney says

It is as many, or as few, hours as they want it to be, it is an elected position. They all have a full-time aide (or more) to do the office work. Many blow off committee meetings that occur during the day, too. Most of them have other full-time jobs, or even jobs (like King's and Downard's) that are likely more than what we consider full-time. But those two, specifically, like Tandy, can probably control their schedule more than someone like DJ and Kramer, who work jobs with set hours.
