David James can't serve as Metro Council member and UofL police officer, County Attorney says

The image of this Department is tarnished. Chief Conrad is doing a good job, he's getting rid of the "problem children" however, that's when the investigation ends on his desk. We need to look deeper into the warning signs before hiring these idiots.

The Command needs to be shook up. If you are not managing, and officers are screwing up while on your watch, then, "the manager" (commanding officer) needs to be held accountable. The mess in the Traffic Unit, is just that, "A Mess". Had the managers been managing, they would have known where their people are during their shift.

Viper needs to be abolished and should be placed on a District level. District's know where problem locations are, and this could be easily managed on a Division level, such as the flex units are.

Kit should have never been placed in charge of a unit. He is an immature adult for his position as a Lieutenant.
