I disagree. Everyone should carry the same handgun on duty. That way we all know how to operate each others weapons and can use each others magazines if necessary.

LMPD is a civilian police force. All you wanna be GI Joes and former UFC fighters should realize that. Oh no, there's nothing wrong with being tactical, but really some of you have not even drawn your weapon in years. LMPD is a report taking, special events agency. Leave the tough talk to agencies that really get their hands dirty.
