I personally find this whole thing disgusting. I would have never participated in such a news story. For starters, citizens should not "fear" any police officer. To have a citizen fear an officer is counterproductive to the mission of the agency. Citizen should respect officers, not ''fear" them. Secondly, officers should not be made into local celebrities. It is very tacky and unprofessional. It's amazing the power and persuasion of a glitzy news camera. I don't see any public service this story has provided other than exploiting the officer for commercial gain.

Couldnt you tell my man was a snake with his line of questions? He undermined you and made you look biased showing faves to officers and family, etc. He owed one to his media buddy T. Meiners. When he leaves traffic I am buying that car at auction and donating it to the new Lou. Metro Police Museum so they can put it between the Traffic Detail Experience exhibit and the Hike and Bike display

i am very disappointed. been here since merger. this city and dept treats us as if we are a burden. we buy ALL our own equipment. The {taxed at 51 %} equipment checks don't even keep up with destroyed uniforms. Yet we are told to buy ammo and radar and rifles and shotguns and etc.................. with equipment monies! ha ! yeah right! I have had enough with libtard run cities. I will retire on my 20. my 2 cents. (yes I work. yes proactive. yes, fed up!)
