So let me get this right... Our new contract has language in it that says patrol officers are limited to working 4 details per year (Derby doesn't count)? All other details will be filled by non patrol (ie, detectives, flex, halo, etc). The good I see in this is it limits abusive sergeants who want to punish you by giving you details over and over. (I never minded working details, but I'm smart enough to know when details are punishment).
