your right on that mindset. I am afraid that what I work HARD for is being taken away from me. When I work hard to better myself and my family and pay more and more in taxes, (payroll and property) and find it is to give to those who can work but refuse to because they rely on the governmet to support them I see it as being taken from me. I have no problem helping those in need (truely in need) but not for a lifetime or generation after generation. If you want to look into history, why not look into the history of teaching certain groups that the more kids you have the more money you get from the government? How about the history of letting the govenment pay for and support your housing (generation after generation) so you wont have to? How about looking into the history of teaching groups of kids to sling drugs instead of working for a living? I can say this because I worked in the different housing complexes for most of my career. I have seen first hand those who take advantage of the system and then say they erned it (how do you earn a life time of handouts?). I have seen kids grow up to live in the same complex as the rest of their family because that is what they were taught, not being taught to work hard to get out.

Except big government socialist like the Democrats and their cousins the commies do want to redistribute wealth to suit their dystopian fantasies. America says no thanks to that kind of 1984 society.
