LMPD adding extra patrols in Victory Park this summer

The government has poured trillions of dollars since the 1960's into the hood with little to show for it. Things don't get better just because of money. It takes a community to put the gangsters out of business. Police can only help. The people down there have to grow a pair and quit being afraid of their neghborhood cretins.
