The real police there.

They will drop half of them, fast. Then lose more as the training progresses.

They do not play the political game either.

If you can't make it, then you don't make it.

if KSP can hire 90 on crappy salary and benefits and not "really" allowed to drive car off duty and cant work off duty... We could get a 50 officer lateral class easy... we have over 100 vacancies.. lets reduce that number!!!!!!!!

Recruitment here sucks. Who's going to come to a Department with (Rice) recruiting! I saw her a few weeks ago in shorts giving the new recruits the pops test & she didn't even shave her legs. Talk about leaving a bad impression on the Dept.
